Classes & Workshops

I teach Vinyasa Flow, a flowing, dynamic form of yoga, where postures are linked together using breath. In my class I strive to encourage practitioners to explore and experience a special combination of asanas (postures), choreography, pranayama (breathing techniques) and sound in a safe, non-competitive environment.

Yoga practice is for everyone. I believe that people in all ages, all physical conditions can practice yoga. Unlike any other physical sports, the goal of yoga is not about mastering asanas (postures): it is the process, our journey to get to know ourselves and accept and embrace who we are. I do my very best to make the sequence accessible to practitioners of all levels, where we can be equally comfortable and challenged in our own boundaries.

Tuesdays 6:00-8:00pm

Week 1 (3 March) : Prithvi (Earth)

Week 2 (10 March) : Jal (Water) 

Week 3 (17 March) : Agni (Fire)

Week 4 (24 March) : Air and Space (Vayu & Akasha)

This four-week online series explores yoga as a therapeutic system rooted in elemental physiology. Yoga and Ayurveda - India’s ancient science of life - teach us that we are composed of five elements that regulate the body, mind, and all aspects of being. Understanding how these elements work in nature and in ourselves supports us to cultivate balance in our body and in our lives.

Each practice weaves together breath, movement, reflection, sharing, and sound to support systemic recalibration. Designed for repetition and seasonal use, the flows may be practiced in any order. This series is ideal for those drawn to yoga’s deeper healing roots - not just movement, but medicine. In-person participation is encouraged, though each session will be recorded and shared with you.

  • 1 year access to the recording of all the sessions

Private Lessons

Scheduled by appointment, sessions are for at least one hour and take place in your home, office, or local studio.

I teach people of all ages, levels and physical conditions. Private and semi-private yoga sessions allow for the specific needs of the individual to be met. Regardless if you are a beginner, wanting therapeutic benefits for injuries, or looking to advance your personal practice, private sessions safely guide you on your path.
