Classes & Workshops

I teach Vinyasa Flow, a flowing, dynamic form of yoga, where postures are linked together using breath. In my class I strive to encourage practitioners to explore and experience a special combination of asanas (postures), choreography, pranayama (breathing techniques) and sound in a safe, non-competitive environment.

Yoga practice is for everyone. I believe that people in all ages, all physical conditions can practice yoga. Unlike any other physical sports, the goal of yoga is not about mastering asanas (postures): it is the process, our journey to get to know ourselves and accept and embrace who we are. I do my very best to make the sequence accessible to practitioners of all levels, where we can be equally comfortable and challenged in our own boundaries.

Celebrate the height of Spring as we prepare ourselves to welcome the arrival of the summer season.  

May is the time of seasonal change moving from Spring to Summer, and intense metamorphosis in nature and within ourselves. 

In this workshop, we will learn how we can stay centered, be grounded and courageous during these transitional periods in nature and in our lives - using our yoga practice and other rituals. Together, we will explore the idea of transitions from different perspectives and approaches. 

  • A study and exploration of movement transitions on the mat in vinyasa flow asana sequences 

    Meditation, pranayama and a core-centered asana practice to help support you through transition

Private Lessons

Scheduled by appointment, sessions are for one hour and take place in your home, office, park or local studio.

I teach people of all ages, levels and physical conditions. Private and semi-private yoga sessions allow for the specific needs of the individual to be met. Regardless if you are a beginner, wanting therapeutic benefits for injuries, or looking to advance your personal practice, private sessions safely guide you on your path.
