Classes & Workshops

I teach Vinyasa Flow, a flowing, dynamic form of yoga, where postures are linked together using breath. In my class I strive to encourage practitioners to explore and experience a special combination of asanas (postures), choreography, pranayama (breathing techniques) and sound in a safe, non-competitive environment.

Yoga practice is for everyone. I believe that people in all ages, all physical conditions can practice yoga. Unlike any other physical sports, the goal of yoga is not about mastering asanas (postures): it is the process, our journey to get to know ourselves and accept and embrace who we are. I do my very best to make the sequence accessible to practitioners of all levels, where we can be equally comfortable and challenged in our own boundaries.

Your Journey To Headstand Workshop

A 2.5 hour transformative experience that promises joy and empowerment!

In this workshop you will learn:

~ how to prepare for a headstand and its variations step by step

~ how to work on proper alignment and muscle activation, building core strength

~ how to overcome fears and gaining confidence in going upside down

This workshop is suitable for all who are interested in exploring the rules of gravity, developing new perspectives and broadening their horizons. All levels are welcome, including those who have never practiced inversions before but would like to learn how, and those who want to refine your technique to achieve the next level of your practice.

*A special workshop style inversion focused flow, with targeted warm up exercises and technique breakdowns implementing important alignment principles.

Journey Through the Five Elements ~ 4 Weeks Online Course

This four-week online series explores yoga as a therapeutic system rooted in elemental physiology. Yoga and Ayurveda - India’s ancient science of life - teach us that we are composed of five elements that regulate the body, mind, and all aspects of being.

Each practice weaves together breath, movement, reflection, sharing, and sound to support systemic recalibration. Designed for repetition and seasonal use, the flows may be practiced in any order. This series is ideal for those drawn to yoga’s deeper healing roots - not just movement, but medicine. In-person participation is encouraged, though each session will be recorded and shared with you.

Private Lessons

Scheduled by appointment, sessions are for at least one hour and take place in your home, office, or local studio.

I teach people of all ages, levels and physical conditions. Private and semi-private yoga sessions allow for the specific needs of the individual to be met. Regardless if you are a beginner, wanting therapeutic benefits for injuries, or looking to advance your personal practice, private sessions safely guide you on your path.
