This Zanzibar yoga retreat is a journey back home to the love within you. It is a recalling of how to create space to feel, raise frequency of love and embrace yourself for exactly who you are. Be nourished and inspired by daily yoga, Zanzibar’s crystal blue warm water, vibrant culture, music, delicious meals and wholehearted connection.
This four-week online series explores yoga as a therapeutic system rooted in elemental physiology. Yoga and Ayurveda - India’s ancient science of life - teach us that we are composed of five elements that regulate the body, mind, and all aspects of being. Understanding how these elements work in nature and in ourselves supports us to cultivate balance in our body and in our lives.
Come join Lena and me for a nourishing afternoon of warm tea, heartfelt sharing, gentle somatic movement and singing as we welcome the slow arrival of spring and celebrate International Women’s Day.
This gathering is a soft space to connect, rest, and honor the season of renewal. Open to absolutely everyone, with no experience needed. Just come as you are.
