1. Agreement on Terms and Conditions

By placing a booking you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking and Deposit

A deposit of 20% of the full retreat price is required to confirm your space on the retreat.

This deposit is non-refundable but it is transferable to any workshop or retreat that Mie is organising 2026 and 2027, depending on availability. When the deposit is transferred, an administration fee of 50 Euros is deducted.

3. Payment

The price of the retreat is the exact amount to be received by us in full in Euros.
The full payment amount is due on or before the date indicated on our website. You can pay via bank transfer to the bank account indicated in the booking process, or by PayPal.
The remaining balance is due 1 month prior to the start date of the retreat. 

4. Cancellations and refunds

All cancellations need to be in writing and can be sent to me via the email address provided on our website.

Regardless of reason for cancellation, the following refunds (relating to full retreat price excluding deposit) will be given:

  • Cancellation 45-59 days before start date of the retreat: 50% refund.

  • Cancellation 30-44 days before the start of the retreat: 25% refund.

  • Cancellation 0-29 days before start date of the retreat: no refund.

I recommend that participants obtain travel insurance to cover costs should they not be able to participate at all or not fully in the retreat.

5. Your Travel Arrangements

All travel arrangements are your responsibility and at your own cost. I shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from delays or cancellations in any of the companies you may have made arrangements with, or for any irregularities in your documentation required for travel. Transfers to/from the retreat are at your own cost, unless otherwise specified.

6. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is highly recommended. If you choose to buy insurance we suggest that your travel insurance covers the activity of this retreat as well as unexpected cancellation, sickness, losses and all the usual risks.

7. Your Health

It is your responsibility to let me know prior to beginning of class if you have any injuries or pathologic conditions that can interfere with your physical or mental safety and health and to be mindful at all times of your own body’s capability during the retreat.

If you are uncertain of whether your physical or mental state is fit for practicing Yoga, we highly recommend to  consult a doctor prior to the retreat.

Women who are  pregnant should check with  their health practitioner to conform that they are fit to travel and able to engage in the activities that we provide.

8. Changes of schedule or teacher

I reserve the right to change the schedule in order to best accommodate the group of participants as we see fit. In the event that one teacher falls ill, I reserve the right to conduct the retreat with only one teacher or with a substitute teacher.

9. Our liability to you

(a) I accept the responsibility for ensuring that the retreats are supplied as described and that the services we are contractually obliged to provide are to a reasonable standard.

(b) I do not accept any liability for cancellations, delays or changes caused by war, threat of war, terrorist actions or threats, closure of airports, civil strife, industrial action, natural disaster, technical problems to transport, staff cancellations, unforeseen changes in your personal circumstances or other events beyond our control.

(c) I am not liable for any injuries you may incur. Yoga classes are undertaken at your own risk. I am not liable for any medical or psychiatric conditions, which may develop during or subsequent to the retreat. I am not liable for loss of, or damage to, your personal property.

10. No Liability for possessions

The property will ensure that the property s not left empty or unlocked.  However, it is your responsibility to ensure that your possessions are kept safe at all times, especially if you are sharing a room.
