Yoga & Embodiment Retreat ~ Her Summer Celebration

A nourishing weekend retreat, a relaxed gathering for women to simply be themselves, celebrate what makes each of us unique, and enjoy our bodies, minds, souls and the beauty of nature. Together, we’ll celebrate summer and the Summer Solstice -  with movement, connection, laughter, rest and time to simply enjoy being.

Schwarzpappelhof – a space to pause, reconnect and heal

Located on the edge of a small village in the beautiful Westerwald region, Schwarzpappelhof is a wonderfully nurturing space for retreats, workshops and gatherings. Surrounded by forests and meadows, nature is right on the doorstep, inviting us to slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect with ourselves.

The farm offers a charming guesthouse, a fully equipped kitchen, beautiful seminar spaces and a dedicated retreat area nestled within a traditional garden, complete with a natural pond and expansive views across the surrounding countryside. It is a place that naturally invites relaxation, introspection, connection and personal growth.

At the heart of the retreat space is the Flower of Life, a sacred geometric pattern made of 19 interconnected circles. Often associated with harmony, interconnectedness and the infinite nature of life, its balanced geometry creates a beautiful symbolic backdrop for our time together — a reminder to reconnect with ourselves, with nature and with something greater.

Over the course of our retreat, we’ll move between yoga, somatic movement, meditation, breathwork, sound, reflection and time in nature. There will be space to explore, to rest, to connect and simply be — whether that means moving your body, sharing a meal, walking through the forest, sitting by the pond or enjoying some quiet time for yourself.

A few days to step away from everyday life, soften, breathe and reconnect — held by nature, community and a beautiful, peaceful space.

Meet Lena

Lena is an art therapist M.A., teacher of Feminine Embodiment & coach, and companion for women on their journey back into their bodies. In her spaces, she combines body awareness, movement, breath, voice, and the power of co-regulation. For the past year, she has been teaching womb yoga repeatedly and guiding women to reconnect more deeply with themselves, their bodies, and their own inner wisdom. Her 400-hour training in Feminine Embodiment & Coaching forms an important foundation of her work. At the same time, as an art therapist, she brings a special perspective on expression, creativity, and what sometimes wants to emerge beyond words. For four years, she has also been holding and shaping a regular mantra singing circle, where a familiar and nurturing community has grown. This experience she will bring to this retreat: she loves creating spaces where women can relax, feel accepted, and discover and express themselves in new ways.
